We are very excited to be part of this venture with Blink49 Studios and Eleven Film in the UK, best known for their hit "Sex Eduction" on Netflix. The series will adapt M.L. Rio's captivating novel of the same title. If We Were Villains follows seven young Shakespearean actors at an elite college where competition is fierce, rivalry is dangerous, and the line between life and art is dangerously thin. When tragedy strikes in their final year and one turns up dead, the others face their greatest acting challenge yet: persuading the police, and themselves, that they are blameless.
